Yield Maintenance Trust. There is hereby established a separate trust (the “Yield Maintenance Trust”), into which the Administrator shall deposit the Yield Maintenance Agreement. The Yield Maintenance Trust shall be maintained by the Administrator. The sole assets of the Yield Maintenance Trust shall be the Yield Maintenance Agreement and the Yield Maintenance Trust Account (each as hereinafter defined).
