Common use of Xxxxxxx Act Assignment Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Act Assignment. 22 Developer shall assign to ADOT all right, title and interest in and to all claims and 23 causes of action it may have under Section 4 of the Xxxxxxx Act (15 U.S.C. Sec. 15), 24 arising from purchases of goods, services or materials pursuant to the Contract 25 Documents or any Subcontract. This assignment shall become automatically effective 26 when ADOT tenders Final D&C Payment to Developer, without further documentation or 27 acknowledgment by the Parties. 28 1 ARTICLE 7.
