Without limiting any other provision of this Security Addendum, to the extent that any BC Data includes customer data as such term is defined under the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act (“GLB”) and the regulations promulgated thereunder, Service Provider shall implement and maintain appropriate safeguards to protect this data as required under GLB and the regulations.
