Xxxxx River Road. (3) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Mining Leases, the Company shall have the right to mine Xxxxx River Road within the Mining Leases subject to it providing at its cost during mining suitable deviations of the road to a standard acceptable to the Minister after consultation with the Commissioner of Main Roads and the relevant local authority. Following mining the Company shall at its cost restore the road to an alignment and standard to the satisfaction of the Minister after consultation with the Commissioner of Main Roads.
