Common use of Xx Fixture Clause in Contracts

Xx Fixture. In no event shall the System be deemed a fixture. Neither the Judicial Council nor anyone claiming by, through, or under the Judicial Council have any rights in or to the System at any time under the Senior Security Documents except as otherwise provided in this SLA.
