WuXi Quality Responsibility. 10.1.1 WuXi shall be responsible for release of Product batches to ZMC (Manufacturer’s Release) confirming that each Batch supplied is in full accordance with the relevant Specifications. ZMC and WuXi will mutually approve in writing all IPC, Manufacturer’s Release, and stability Specifications for Products.
