Common use of Written Waiver Clause in Contracts

Written Waiver. Whenever any notice whatsoever is required to be given under the provisions of this Agreement or under the provisions of the Articles or the Act, waiver thereof in writing, signed by the person or persons entitled to such notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of such notice.

Written Waiver. Whenever any notice whatsoever is required to be given under the provisions of this Agreement applicable law, or under the provisions of the Articles or the ActGoverning Instrument, a waiver thereof in writing, signed by the person or persons entitled to such said notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of such noticethereto.

Whenever any notice whatsoever is required to be given under the provisions of this Agreement an applicable statute, the Certificate of Incorporation, or under the provisions of the Articles or the Actthese bylaws, a waiver thereof in writing, signed by the person or persons entitled to such said notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving thereto (except as may be otherwise provided in a Certificate of such noticeDesignations for a series of Preferred Stock).
