Common use of Written Notifications Clause in Contracts

Written Notifications. (10/18) All notices to, and other written communication between the Parties shall be deemed received five (5) Business Days after being sent by first class mail, or upon receipt when sent by courier services, or by e-mail. All notices and written communications shall be sent to the Parties set forth on page 1 of the Contract, or to such other places as they may designate by like notice from time to time.
