Written Notice to Employee. a. If the matter is not resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant, he/she shall put into writing and submit the original to the unit member’s supervisor. The supervisor shall provide a copy to the unit member. The unit member shall be given time during the duty day, without salary deduction, to review the complaint.
