Written Decision or Award. The written decision or award of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the Parties and the Parties shall abide by and comply with such decision and a judgment may be rendered upon such decision or award in a court of competent jurisdiction. Unless apportioned otherwise by the Arbitrator under Section 11.1 or 11.7, Buyer and Seller shall equally bear the cost of the services and expenses of the Arbitrator and all other costs of the arbitration proceedings.
