Common use of Written Agreement to Govern Clause in Contracts

Written Agreement to Govern. This Agreement, including the agreements contemplated to be executed and performed hereunder, sets forth the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous oral and written agreements between the Parties relating to the subject matter contained herein or therein, and merges all prior and contemporaneous discussions between them. No Party shall be bound by any definition, condition, representation, warranty, covenant or provision other than as expressly stated in this Agreement or in the other documents referred to herein which form a part hereof.
