Worksite Visitations Sample Clauses

The Worksite Visitations clause grants certain parties, such as clients, inspectors, or regulatory authorities, the right to access and inspect the project site during the course of work. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which visits can occur, such as providing advance notice, complying with safety protocols, and restricting access to sensitive areas. Its core function is to facilitate oversight and ensure compliance with contractual, safety, or regulatory requirements, while balancing the need for site security and operational efficiency.
