Asbestos Tests. When required by state or federal: law, the Board shall provide testing during the school year to determine whether a bargaining unit member’s health has been affected as a result of working or having worked in a Board- owned building or buildings that contained asbestos.
Asbestos Tests. The Board will pay for some costs for required state or federal testing in respect to AHERA management program implementation. Such costs will be those not covered by available medical insurance.
