Common use of WORKS PROGRAMME Clause in Contracts

WORKS PROGRAMME. 19.2.1 The Works programme submitted has been prepared in accordance with Good Industry Practice and is in sufficient detail to enable the Municipality Representative to monitor the progress of the Works and shall be revised by the Private Party whenever the previous Works Programme is inconsistent with actual progress. 19.2.2 For the avoidance of doubt, the risk in completing the Project in terms of the Works programme remains with the exclusively with the Private Party.
