Working Hours for Services. Buyer agrees to provide Honeywell prompt access during Normal Working Hours (as defined below), and at other times upon reasonable request, to all site areas where Work is to be performed or as otherwise necessary or appropriate to perform any activity contemplated by this Agreement or in connection therewith (including, without limitation, site audits, site assessments and preparatory activities). Unless otherwise agreed, all labor and Services under this Agreement will be performed during typical working hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. local time Monday through Friday (or applicable typical working hours for the region in which the work is being performed), excluding federal holidays (in regions where applicable) (“Normal Working Hours”). If for any reason Buyer requests Honeywell to furnish any such labor or services outside of Normal Working Hours, any overtime or other additional expense occasioned thereby, such as repairs or material costs not included in this Agreement, shall be billed to and paid by Buyer.
