Common use of Working Hours for Services Clause in Contracts

Working Hours for Services. Buyer agrees to provide Honeywell prompt access during Normal Working Hours (as defined below), and at other times upon reasonable request, to all site areas where Work is to be performed or as otherwise necessary or appropriate to perform any activity contemplated by this Agreement or in connection therewith (including, without limitation, site audits, site assessments and preparatory activities). Unless otherwise agreed, all labour and Services under this Agreement will be performed during typical working hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. local time Monday
