Workforce Reorganization. A workforce reorganization shall include staffing changes resulting from a merger or consolidation of two or more units, increases or decreases in FTE status among bargaining unit members, and changes of positions within a seniority pool. Prior to implementing a workforce reorganization, the Hospital will provide the Association a detailed tentative reorganization plan at least forty-five (45) days in advance of the scheduled implementation date. If the workforce reorganization involves mandatory 27 materially significant decreases in FTE status, the least senior provider(s) 28 will be impacted, provided that skills, competence, performance, 29 qualifications and education, and patient care and needs of the Clinic are 30 equal in the judgment of Clinic. 3 A. Clinic Resource Committee (CRC). Within one hundred twenty (120) 4 days of the ratification of this agreement, PWC shall form a new Clinic 5 Resource Committee (CRC) to address workplace issues related to the 6 Clinic’s operations.
