Workflow Customization. 4.6.1 StarTraq will provide setup and customisation support of the system for one month from the date that the first prosecution notice is generated by the system. Once this period is over StarTraq will charge for further customisation using workflow support hours. 4.6.2 The Customer will have an annual non-cumulative credit of 15 hours of workflow customization. 4.6.3 Upon receipt of a workflow customization request from the Customer, StarTraq will provide an indication of how much time this should take in the form of a quote. 4.6.4 On acceptance of the quote, the work will be performed and actual hours will be deducted from available workflow customization credit. 4.6.5 Workflow customization credit will only be available to be used for workflow modifications and not for changes or new system implementations. 4.6.6 If the Customer uses more than the initial 15 hours of workflow customization credit in any Year, a charge of £100 per hour will apply. Any workflow customization credit not used in any Year will be lost.
