Workers’ Compensation Insurance. In accordance with the provisions of Section 3700 of the Labor Code, Consultant shall be insured against liability for Workers’ Compensation or undertake self-insurance. Consultant agrees to comply with such provisions before commencing performance of any work under this Contract.
