Work Year for Instructional Staff. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, the work year for all bargaining unit members, except non-instructional staff, shall be one hundred eighty-six (186) days for returning instructional staff members and up to one hundred eighty-nine (189) days for 1st year employees, which shall consist of one hundred seventy-six (176) days of student attendance and ten (10) required professional development or teacher institute days and two (2) report card pick-up days.
Work Year for Instructional Staff. 1. There shall be 185 teacher days per school year.
