Work Permit Remuneration. Employees employed on a Work Permit will be remunerated as a local hire unless better conditions are stated on their Deal Memo. The rates, conditions, and/or terms of this Agreement must be fully met, except when another collective agreement applies which does not diminish the terms of this Agreement.
