Additional Unit Sample Clauses

The "Additional Unit" clause defines the terms under which extra units of goods or services may be provided beyond the original agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting additional units, the pricing structure for these units, and any limitations or conditions that apply, such as minimum order quantities or lead times. Its core function is to provide a clear and agreed-upon mechanism for expanding the scope of supply, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand how to handle increased demand.
