Common use of Work Performed Clause in Contracts

Work Performed. City will be the sole judge of the work needed to be performed to complete this Agreement, including but not limited to the work to be performed, the contractors or subcontractors hired to do the work, the engineer hired, the construction methods used, the location of the work, equipment used, the quality of the work, and the selection of the materials and supplies to be used.

Work Performed. City will be the sole judge of the work needed required to be performed to fully and properly complete the Public Improvements and meet any other obligations of the City under this Agreement, including but not limited to to, the work to be performed, the contractors or subcontractors hired to do the workwork to be performed, the engineer hiredengineer(s) selected, the construction methods used, the location of the workequipment, equipment used, the quality of the work, and the selection of the materials and supplies to be used, the location and quality of the work.
