WORK OUTSIDE THE PROVINCE. 2.01 The parties shall agree beforehand on the work conditions and wages applicable to employees assigned outside the province. The agreement would have to be signed before the employee’s departure. During such assignments, employees shall retain their right to the grievance procedure.
