Work Observation. Thirty days following an individual ESP’s classification review by the Human Resources Department, the ESP shall be notified in writing of the decision. If Human Resources needs to extend the timeline, the ESP shall be notified in writing of the need for such an extension. Said timelines do not apply to reclassifications submitted to an outside consultant.
