Work Methods. Remove bagged litter on the same day it is collected. Notify the Department for removal of dead animals larger than 150 lb. or hazardous materials. Dispose of litter off the right of way in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Perform litter removal and disposal according to the following types.
