WORK JURISDICTION AND UNION MEMBERSHIP. All work as defined in this Agreement shall be performed by Journeyman Tile Layers, Apprentices and Finishers. All employees shall, as a condition of employment be required to become Union members after the seventh day following the beginning of their employment, or the effective date of this Agreement, whichever is later, with the exception of the State of North Dakota and its Right to Work Labor Laws where joining a Labor Union is not mandated.
