Work in Violation of Laws Clause Samples
The "Work in Violation of Laws" clause prohibits parties from performing any work or services that contravene applicable laws, regulations, or legal requirements. In practice, this means that all activities under the agreement must comply with local, state, and federal laws, and any work found to be illegal must be stopped or corrected immediately.
