Work in Different Classification Within Craft. When an Employee is temporarily required to perform work in a higher classification within their craft, the Employee shall be paid the rate that the classification calls for while required to perform such work, provided the Employee works at least two (2) hours within that classification. If the Employee works in a lower classification than dispatched, they shall be paid at their normal rate of pay.
