Work Health and Safety Plan. The plan prepared by the Contractor and finalised under clause 9.2 (which is either Contract specific or Site specific) and which must set out in adequate detail the procedures the Contractor will implement to manage the Contractor's Activities and the Works from a work health and safety perspective to ensure compliance with all Statutory Requirements (including the WHS Legislation). The Work Health and Safety Plan must address, at a minimum: the names, positions and responsibilities of all persons at the workplace whose positions or roles involve specific health and safety responsibilities in connection with the Contractor's Activities and the Works; the arrangements in place, or to be implemented, between any persons conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU) at the workplace where the Contractor's Activities and the Works are being undertaken regarding consulting, cooperating and coordinating activities where the PCBU(s) at the workplace and the Contractor owe a work health and safety duty in relation to the same work health and safety matter (including procedures for information sharing and communication); the arrangements in place, or to be implemented, for managing any work health and safety incidents that occur at a workplace where the Contractor's Activities and the Works are carried out, including: incident (including notifiable incident) reporting procedures; preventative and corrective action procedures; and record-keeping and reporting requirements, including reporting to the Contract Administrator with respect to incidents and accidents under clause 8.16(b); any Site-specific health and safety rules, and the arrangements for ensuring that all persons at the workplace are informed of these rules; the arrangements for the collection and recording, and any assessment, monitoring and review of safe work method statements at the workplace; if the Contract requires the Contractor to design any part of the Works, the procedures for: conducting design risk assessments to ensure compliance with Statutory Requirements (including the WHS Legislation), including regarding design changes relevant to work health and safety; carrying out calculations, analysis, testing or examinations regarding design to ensure compliance with WHS Legislation; and ensuring the results of such calculations, analysis, testing or examinations are provided to the Commonwealth, including as a condition precedent to Completion and prior to the expiry of the Defects Liability Period; procedures and arrangements for the management of work health and safety generally, including: details of the Contractor's work health and safety policy; details of any work health and safety management system (whether certified or uncertified); inductions, training and other awareness programmes regarding work health and safety and any workplace specific work health and safety induction, training and other awareness programmes; and emergency procedures, emergency management planning, the use of emergency equipment and the establishment of workplace specific first aid facilities; procedures for ensuring the provision of written assurances to the Contract Administrator under clause 8.16(h) regarding compliance with the WHS Legislation by the Contractor, subcontractors and Other Contractors; procedures for the preparation, finalisation and regular reviewing of the Work Health and Safety Plan under clause 9.2 (including as a consequence of any review of hazards, risks and control measures regarding the Contractor's Activities, the Works and any notifiable incident or systemic risk management failure); procedures for the management of subcontractors, including: inductions, training and other awareness programmes (in addition to those referred to in subparagraph (g)(iii)); the subcontractor's development and provision of safe work method statements, job safety assessments or equivalent documentation; ensuring subcontractors comply with their obligation to consult, cooperate and coordinate activities (including the information-sharing and communication of information); and ensuring subcontractor compliance with the Contractor's Work Health and Safety Plan; details of the project and Contract specific hazards and risks identified by the Contractor and the Contractor's approach to the management of these hazards and risks including how the Contractor will identify hazards and eliminate or minimise risks so far as is reasonably practicable: prior to commencing the Contractor's Activities and the Works; and during the delivery of the Contractor's Activities and the Works; the approach the Contractor will adopt in identifying, controlling and managing work health and safety hazards and risks concerning Hazardous Substances, including, where they are used or handled in the delivery of the Contractor's Activities, incorporated into the Works, stored by the Contractor at the workplace or transported by the Contractor to or from the workplace; the actions the Contractor will take to proactively identify and manage risks to ensure it avoids systematic work health and safety risk management failures occurring during the delivery of the Contractor's Activities and the Works; the procedures the Contractor will adopt to audit or otherwise monitor and verify its (and its subcontractors') compliance with the Work Health and Safety Plan and the WHS Legislation (including details of the regularity, form and content of such audit, monitoring and verification activities); the procedures the Contractor will adopt to ensure it provides to the Commonwealth, when conducting handover and takeover activities, all information regarding hazards and risks present in or arising out of or in connection with the use of the Works including for the purpose for which they were designed or manufactured (including the supply of information in accordance with clause 8.16(r)); the approach the Contractor will adopt in identifying, controlling and managing work health and safety hazards and risks concerning high risk construction as defined in regulation 291 of the Commonwealth WHS Legislation (as applicable); any additional matters specified in the Contract Particulars; and any other matters required by the: Contract; or Contract Administrator.

the arrangements in place, or to be implemented, implemented between any persons conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU) at the any workplace where the Contractor's Activities Services and the Works are being undertaken carried out (including Other Contractors) regarding consulting, cooperating and coordinating activities where the PCBU(s) persons conducting a business of undertaking at the relevant workplace where the Services and the Contractor owe Works are carried out and the Consultant owes a work health and safety duty in relation to the same work health and safety matter (including procedures for information sharing and communication); the arrangements in place, or to be implemented, for managing any work health and safety incidents that occur at a workplace where the Contractor's Activities Services and the Works are carried out, including: incident (including notifiable incident) reporting procedures; if the Contract requires the Contractor to design any part of the Works, the procedures for: conducting design risk assessments to ensure compliance with Statutory Requirements (including the WHS Legislation), including regarding design changes relevant to work health and safety; carrying out calculations, analysis, testing or examinations regarding design to ensure compliance with WHS Legislation; and ensuring the results of such calculations, analysis, testing or examinations are provided to the Commonwealth, including as a condition precedent to Completion and prior to the expiry of the Defects Liability Period; procedures and arrangements for the management of work health and safety generally, including: details of the Contractor's work health and safety policy; details of any work health and safety management system (whether certified or uncertified); inductions, training and other awareness programmes regarding work health and safety and any workplace specific work health and safety induction, training and other awareness programmes; and emergency procedures, emergency management planning, the use of emergency equipment and the establishment of workplace specific first aid facilities; procedures for ensuring the provision of written assurances to the Contract Administrator PDS Contractor under clause 8.16(h8.9(h) regarding compliance with the WHS Legislation by the Contractor, subcontractors and Other Contractors; procedures for the preparation, finalisation and regular reviewing of the Work Health and Safety Plan under clause 9.2 8.7 (including as a consequence of any review of hazards, risks and control measures regarding the Contractor's Activities, the Works and any notifiable incident or systemic risk management failure); procedures for the management of subcontractors, including: inductions, training and other awareness programmes (in addition to those referred to in subparagraph (g)(iii)); the subcontractor's development and provision of safe work method statements, job safety assessments or equivalent documentation; ensuring subcontractors comply with their obligation to consult, cooperate and coordinate activities (including the information-sharing and communication of information); and ensuring subcontractor compliance with the Contractor's Work Health and Safety Plan; details of the project and Contract specific hazards and risks identified by the Contractor and the Contractor's approach to the management of these hazards and risks including how the Contractor will identify hazards and eliminate or minimise risks so far as is reasonably practicable: prior to commencing the Contractor's Activities and the Works; and during the delivery of the Contractor's Activities and the Works; the approach the Contractor will adopt in identifying, controlling and managing work health and safety hazards and risks concerning Hazardous Substances, including, where they are used or handled in the delivery of the Contractor's Activities, incorporated into the Works, stored by the Contractor at the workplace or transported by the Contractor to or from the workplace; the actions the Contractor will take to proactively identify and manage risks to ensure it avoids systematic work health and safety risk management failures occurring during the delivery of the Contractor's Activities and the Works; the procedures the Contractor will adopt to audit or otherwise monitor and verify its (and its subcontractors') compliance with the Work Health and Safety Plan and the WHS Legislation (including details of the regularity, form and content of such audit, monitoring and verification activities); the procedures the Contractor will adopt to ensure it provides to the Commonwealth, when conducting handover and takeover activities, all information regarding hazards and risks present in or arising out of or in connection with the use of the Works including for the purpose for which they were designed or manufactured (including the supply of information in accordance with clause 8.16(r8.9(r)); the approach the Contractor will adopt in identifying, controlling and managing work health and safety hazards and risks concerning high risk construction as defined in regulation 291 of the Commonwealth WHS Legislation (as applicable); Work Health and Safety Plan. The work health and safety plan (if any) prepared by the Contractor Consultant and finalised under clause 9.2 (which is either Contract specific or Site specific) and 5.16, which must set out in adequate detail the procedures the Contractor will implement to manage the Contractor's Activities and the Works from as a work health and safety perspective to ensure compliance with all Statutory Requirements (including the WHS Legislation). The Work Health and Safety Plan must address, at a minimumminimum include: the names, positions and responsibilities of all persons (including those at any workplace where the workplace Services are carried out) whose positions or roles involve specific health and safety responsibilities in connection with the Contractor's Activities delivery of the Services and the Works;
