Work carried. out on remote job sites and in the ▇▇▇▇▇ Bay region, with the exception of heavy industry work: Subsections 1) and 3) of this article and Articles 19.02 and 19.03 do not apply to employees working on these job sites. Regardless of the preceding paragraph, between May 1 and October 31, an employee may, further to an agreement with the employer, take 1 additional week of vacation following the leave without pay provided for in Article 23.13.
