Common use of Work Assignment Clause in Contracts

Work Assignment. An employee covered by this Agreement shall work under a job description as approved by the Board. Consistent with the job description, each employee will be assigned duties as determined by the discretion of the employee’s supervisor. An employee normally assigned to a particular building or location may be reassigned to other buildings or locations without a loss or change in the rate of pay.
