Common use of Without limitation on the provisions of Part A of this Section Clause in Contracts

Without limitation on the provisions of Part A of this Section. the Borrower shall prepare and furnish to the Bank as part of the Project Report by not later than March 15 and September 15 in each year after the end of each calendar semester, interim un-audited financial reports for the Project covering the calendar semester, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.

Without limitation on the provisions of Part A of this Section. the Borrower shall prepare and furnish furnish, or cause to be prepared and furnished, to the Bank as part of the Project Report by not later than March February 15 and September August 15 in each year after the end of each calendar semesteryear, interim un-audited financial reports for the Project covering the preceding calendar semester, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.

Without limitation on the provisions of Part A of this Section. the Borrower shall prepare and furnish to the Bank as part of the Project Report by not later than March 15 February 28 and September 15 August 31 in each year after the end of each calendar semester, interim un-audited financial reports for the Project (except Part A.2 of the Project) covering the calendar semester, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.
