1. When an employee's ’s unacceptable performance will prevent the award of a Within-Grade Increase (WGI) or an Upward Mobility Promotion, they the supervisor will be notified in writing notify HRO and the employee at least sixtysixty (60) days prior to the eligibility date.
2. If the employee’s performance becomes acceptable, the WGI shall be granted.
