Withdrawals and Disbursements. Withdrawals and disbursements may only be made in U.S. dollars, by EFT, including domestic (United States) ACH transactions or in our sole discretion, by wire transfers or by check we issue. This agreement is subject to Article 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code β Funds Transfer as adopted in the state in which you have your account with us.
