Withdrawal Phasing. This procedure (a) above assumes no withdrawals from the teacher’s PLANS at any time. Should withdrawals occur, the amount used to reduce the retirement payments stated above will be computed on earnings on the district’s contribution annually computed and compounded based on Standard & Poor’s 500 Index for the respective year of each district contribution.
