Withdrawal of Certain Filings. As soon as practicable following a termination of this Agreement for any reason, but in no event more than 30 days after such termination, Buyer or Seller shall, to the extent practicable, withdraw all filings, applications and other submissions relating to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement filed or submitted by or on behalf of such Party, any Governmental Authority or other Person.
