Withdrawal From Case Only on Court Approval. Contractor may withdraw only with the court's approval. Contractor shall promptly notify the court of any conflict of interest or any other reason requiring withdrawal from a case assigned under this contract. If the court approves Contractor's request to withdraw, the case shall be reassigned in the normal course.
