Withdrawal at Annual Renewal. If a material change in any term or condition of a Group Employee Benefit or Other Financial or Risk Management Service in which a Participant participates is proposed to commence as of the Participant's annual renewal date, the Participant may withdraw from the applicable Pool as of the renewal date, provided the Participant gives advance written notice of its intent to withdraw promptly (within 30 days) after receiving notice of the material change, even if such notice is given less than five (5) months in advance of the renewal date.

  • Withdrawal Period 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part A of this Section, no withdrawal shall be made:

  • Annual Renewal All LLS grants are subject to an annual renewal; continued funding of this Grant is contingent upon the availability of funds and research progress. Where funding is not available for a renewal and LLS does not elect to renew this Agreement, the Grantee will be given 60 days’ notice in writing that the Grant will not continue.   • Benefit Waiting Period Allowance (a) An employee who qualifies for and takes leave pursuant to 21.1 or 21.2 and is required by Employment Insurance to serve a one-week waiting period for Employment Insurance Maternity/Parental benefits, shall be paid a leave allowance equivalent to one week at 85% of the employee's basic pay.

  • MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT We will mail you a statement every month if your account has a balance. You agree that you will pay each month not less than the minimum monthly payment by the payment due date. The minimum monthly payment will be 3.0% for Classic accounts or 2% for Platinum accounts of your outstanding balance (“New Balance”) or $25.00, whichever is greater. If your outstanding balance is $25.00 or less, you agree to pay the balance in full. You may pay in full for all your purchases and cash advances each month, or you may repay in monthly installments. We can accept late payments or partial payments, or checks, drafts, or money orders marked “payment in full” without prejudice to our rights under this Agreement, which are hereby explicitly reserved. Payments received at: Rogue Credit Union, XX Xxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000 on or before 5:00 PM Pacific Time on any business day will be credited to your Account as of that date; payments received by mail at that address after 5:00 PM Pacific Time or on a weekend will be posted to your Account as of the next business day. Payment crediting to your Account may be delayed up to five days if your payment is received by mail at any other address or not accompanied by the remittance portion of your Account statement.

  • Early Withdrawal Penalty When you open a CD, you agree to keep the principal on deposit with us for the term that you have selected. We will impose a substantial penalty if we permit you to withdraw any principal before the maturity date. The early withdrawal penalty will be one-half (½) the interest that would be due on the CD over the entire term of the CD, regardless of the length of time the funds remained on deposit, subject to the following limits. The minimum penalty is 7 days simple interest. The maximum penalty is 270 days of compound interest. It is possible that all or part of the penalty will be deducted from principal. No early withdrawal penalty will be assessed if the withdrawal is made because of your death or a court determination of your legal incompetence. We require proof of death or incompetence before an early withdrawal penalty is waived.
