Common use of Withdraw and Discontinue Clause in Contracts

Withdraw and Discontinue. The Applicant is free to withdraw at any point in the process before a child's placement. The Applicant must notify their intention in writing to NB. NB has the right to discontinue its services upon written notice to the Applicant if it uncovers a reason which may lead the agency to believe that continuing the adoption process is not in the best interest of a child to be placed in the Applicant's home or the Applicant has breached the agreement.
