With Certificate. A Long Term Occasional teacher who holds a valid OSSTF Certification Rating statement and OSSTF Certification Rating statement covering letter on file with the Employer shall be paid according to the corresponding salary group on the salary schedule of the Collective Agreement between the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board and the XXXXX Xxxxxxxx 00 (Teacher Bargaining Unit) with teaching experience as recognised under Article L13 (Salary) of this Collective Agreement.
With Certificate. Employees possessing a valid certificate of ability for the position that is recognized in the Northwest Territories shall be entitled to a Pay Step 3 rate.
