Common use of Winter Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Winter Maintenance. Company will for the period of this Agreement maintain pool no less than two (2) times each month during the winter months of January through April and October through December by: 1. Water quality 1) Checking water chemistry and chemical balance and maintaining to appropriate levels as required by any applicable laws, codes and regulations, whether State, County, Municipality or otherwise. 2) Add winterization chemicals to retard algae growth
