Common use of WINDOW GUARDS Clause in Contracts

WINDOW GUARDS. Tenant ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to notify Owner if any child who is ten years of age or under occupies the apartment. Tenant shall not install any gate or guard on any window without written permission of the Owner or remove any window guard installed by Owner. Tenant shall be liable to Owner for any violations issued to Owner as a result of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s failure to permit Owner to install window guards or for installing any gate or guard on any window in violation of law.
