Wildlife Values. 3.3.1 Any wildlife values (ie; Goshawk nests) that are discovered by the Contractor in the Work Area and have not previously been identified will immediately be brought to the attention of Silvicon Services Inc.’s representative. 3.3.2 The Contractor will not work in the immediate vicinity of where the previously unidentified wildlife values is discovered until written instructions are provided by Silvicon Services Inc’s representative. 3.3.3 The Contractor will comply with any written instructions from Silvicon Services Inc’s representative to protect previously unidentified wildlife values.

  • Wildlife Do not feed any of the wildlife ever. Animals of any size are potentially dangerous. Feeding even small animals attracts predators. Supervise children at all times. Keep garage doors closed at all times except when entering or leaving the Rental Home.

  • Wetlands Any wetlands on the Property may be subject to the permitting requirements of DEP, the applicable water management district or any other applicable permitting entity.

  • ENDANGERED SPECIES The Endangered Species Act of 1973 (16 U.S.C. § 1531, et seq.) as amended, particularly section 7 (16 U.S.C. § 1536).

  • Abnormally Low Tenders 35.1 An Abnormally Low Tender is one where the Tender price, in combination with other constituent elements of the Tender, appears unreasonably low to the extent that the Tender price raises material concerns with the Procuring Entity as to the capability of the Tenderer to perform the Contract for the offered Tender price. 35.2 In the event of identification of a potentially Abnormally Low Tender by the evaluation committee, the Procuring Entity shall seek written clarification from the Tenderer, including a detailed price analyses of its Tender price in relation to the subject matter of the contract, scope, delivery schedule, allocation of risks and responsibilities and any other requirements of the tendering document. 35.3 After evaluation of the price analysis, in the event that the Procuring Entity determines that the Tenderer has failed to demonstrate its capability to perform the contract for the offered Tender price, the Procuring Entity shall reject the Tender.

  • Groundwater Any water, except capillary moisture, beneath the land surface or beneath the bed of any stream, lake, reservoir or other body of surface water within the boundaries of this state, whatever may be the geologic formation or structure in which such water stands, flows, percolates, or otherwise moves.
