Safe Working Environment ACM does everything reasonably possible to provide a safe working environment for all of its stakeholders including Suppliers and its own employees and agents. ACM does not tolerate offensive, abusive, bullying, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful behaviour or any form of harassment (“Offending Behaviour”). If a Supplier engages in Offending Behaviour, ACM may suspend or terminate this Milk Supply Agreement.
Safe Workplace A) The Employer and employees recognize the need for a safe and healthful workplace and agree to take appropriate measures in order that risks of accidents and/or occupational disease are reduced and/or eliminated. Employers will take all reasonable steps to eliminate, reduce and/or minimize threats to the safety of employees.
Smoke Free Environment The Lessor shall make all parts of the leased premise smoke-free. "

Environment 1. Working Environment The Parties agree that a safe and clean working environment is essential in order to carry out work assignments in a satisfactory manner. Surface Grade and shape the road surface, turnouts, and shoulders to the original shape on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET. Inslope or outslope as directed to provide a smooth, rut-free traveled surface and maintain surface water runoff in an even, unconcentrated manner. Blading shall not undercut the backslope or cut into geotextile fabric on the road. If required by the Contract Administrator, water shall be applied as necessary to control dust and retain fine surface rock. Surface material shall not be bladed off the roadway. Replace surface material when lost or worn away, or as directed by the Contract Administrator. Remove shoulder berms, created by grading, to facilitate drainage, except as marked or directed by the Contract Administrator. For roads with geotextile fabric: spread surface aggregate to fill in soft spots and wheel ruts (barrel spread) to prevent damage to the geotextile fabric.
