Common use of Whole agreement and variations Clause in Contracts

Whole agreement and variations. (A) This Agreement, together with any documents referred to in it (including for the avoidance of doubt the Deed of Termination and Waiver), constitutes the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersedes and extinguishes any prior drafts, agreements, and undertakings, whether in writing or oral, relating to such subject matter, except to the extent that the same are repeated in this Agreement.
