Where an End Customer provides Data to a Subsidiary. the Subsidiary may use the Data in accordance with clause 3.4 as if it were an End Customer, provided that the Customer shall remain responsible for compliance with the obligations set out in this Agreement and that the Customer shall remain liable for any breaches of this Agreement by any Subsidiary. The Customer shall not be liable to pay a Redistribution Fee in order to provide Data to its Subsidiaries.
