Where accrued Sample Clauses

Where accrued flexi time is in excess of 2 days, and genuine business reasons prohibit an employee taking this time, the Head of Element may allow it to be carried forward. This agreement will be in writing and plans will be in place to bring the accrual back to 2 days within a reasonable period.
Where accrued annual leave is in excess of 6 weeks, the Employer will attempt to reach agreement on the Employee taking leave. If agreement cannot be reached, the Employer may, with at least 4 weeks’ notice, direct the Employee to take sufficient leave to reduce the accrual to six weeks.
Where accrued. Day Off arrangements are implemented in a work unit, full time Employees’ roster will be structured such that the thirty-eight (38) ordinary hours per week are averaged over the four (4) week work cycle with one day during that period rostered as an Accrued Day Off (ADO). In such circumstances, the Employees are rostered to work forty (40) ordinary hours per week with the additional hours worked over the four (4) week work cycle being credited towards an ADO.
Where accrued paid leave is available to the employee, the employer may require the employee to take such leave instead of taking unpaid leave under this clause.
Where accrued. Work Time is less than 130 hours at the end of a settlement period the employee will be required to submit a leave form for the amount of the shortfall.
Where accrued time off in lieu of overtime has not been taken within six (6) weeks of accrual, or at the request of the Employee at any time, or on termination of employment, the Employee shall be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.   • Accrued (and theretofore unpaid) interest shall be payable (i) in respect of each Base Rate Loan, quarterly in arrears on each Quarterly Payment Date, (ii) in respect of each Eurodollar Loan, on the last day of each Interest Period applicable thereto and, in the case of an Interest Period in excess of three months, on each date occurring at three month intervals after the first day of such Interest Period and (iii) in respect of each Loan, on any repayment or prepayment (on the amount repaid or prepaid), at maturity (whether by acceleration or otherwise) and, after such maturity, on demand.

  • Leave Accrual After the first 30 days of active military service in any one calendar year, employees shall not accrue City-paid vacation, holiday, or sick leave benefits or other forms of paid leave; provided, however, that any public employee on military leave for intermittent training periods shall continue to accrue the same vacation, sick, and holiday leave up to a maximum period of 180 cumulative days per calendar year as if the employee had not been on military leave.

  • Vacation Accrual Regular employees shall accrue hours of vacation with pay for each hour of compensation to a maximum of eighty (80) hours per biweekly work period according to the following schedule, commencing with the employee's hire date of his latest period of County employment.

  • Maximum Accrual Vacation credit may be accumulated to a maximum that can be earned in four (4) years. Further accumulation will not continue when the maximum is reached.
