Where a holder is insolvent. Where a person has authority to deal with a Water Entitlement or a Security Interest recorded in the Water Entitlements Register by reason of the Insolvency of the holder, the Water Entity must recognise that person as the person entitled to deal with the interest of the holder in the Water Entitlement’s Attached Right or the Security Interest as the case may be on being satisfied as to proof of the Insolvency of the holder and the authority to deal with the holder’s interest.
