Whenever poor work performance or improper Clause Samples
Whenever poor work performance or improper conduct occurs, generally a gradual increase in the level of disciplinary action will be initiated with the intention of correcting the problem(s). Often counseling and verbal warnings will accomplish the objective, but in certain situations, written reprimand(s), suspension, demotion or discharge may be required. When deciding the degree of disciplinary action, the Employer will assess the circumstances surrounding the incident(s), the severity of the offense, and the past conduct of the employee.
